License & usage. Your subscription is licensed to your business account. Public keys may only be used on domains you own/control and have allowlisted. Do not share, resell, or publish keys publicly. We may suspend service for abuse, fraud, or automated scraping/spam.

Message limits. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance. If you exceed your limit, the widget may temporarily ask visitors to contact you directly until the next reset or you upgrade.

Refunds. If the service is materially non-functional, contact us within 72 hours of your first charge and we’ll investigate. If confirmed, we’ll refund the most recent charge. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Trial fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime and your subscription will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. Access may be disabled if payment fails after a short grace period.

Privacy & consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to deploy the widget on your website and for obtaining any required visitor consent. Do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, SSNs, or other sensitive personal data via chat.
